This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps TENGA Co., Ltd. has taken during the financial year ending February 2026 to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business operations or supply chains.

TENGA Co., Ltd. is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach and expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.
・Our Business and Supply Chains
We are a manufacturer and distributor of sexual wellness products, including cosmetics and medical devices, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Our supply chains involve the sourcing of raw materials, collaboration with manufacturing partners in Japan, Vietnam, and China, and logistics providers operating globally.

We have implemented the following policies and procedures to support our commitment:
