This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps TENGA Co., Ltd. has taken during the financial year ending February 2026 to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business operations or supply chains.

TENGA Co., Ltd. is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach and expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. 

 

・Our Business and Supply Chains

We are a manufacturer and distributor of sexual wellness products, including cosmetics and medical devices, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Our supply chains involve the sourcing of raw materials, collaboration with manufacturing partners in Japan, Vietnam, and China, and logistics providers operating globally.

We have implemented the following policies and procedures to support our commitment:

 

・Code of Conduct for employees and suppliers outlining expected standards.

・Whistleblowing Policy allowing staff and third parties to report concerns confidentially.

・Procurement Policy requiring suppliers to comply with applicable labour and human rights laws.

 

・Due Diligence and Risk Management

To identify and manage modern slavery risks, we:

・Conduct supplier assessments and due diligence before onboarding.

・Require contractual commitments from suppliers to uphold labour standards.

・Monitor higher-risk suppliers through audits, questionnaires, or certifications.

 

・Training and Awareness

We provide training and guidance to employees involved in procurement and supply chain management so they can identify signs of exploitation and respond appropriately.

 

・Effectiveness and Next Steps

To measure our effectiveness, we track:

・Number of supplier assessments completed.

・Reports received through our whistleblowing channels.

・Corrective actions taken in response to identified risks.

In the coming year, we aim to expand supplier audits, enhance staff training, and improve reporting mechanisms.
